Returns Policy and Shipping

For select products, the “rules of the tools” apply.  What this means is that all unused tools can be returned for a full refund (minus freight), no questions asked. 

 

SHIPPING:

Most of our orders are shipped same day, most times as late as 4:30pm CST.
Save on shipping costs by combining the shipping charges for multiple purchases of other store items. If the shipping charges don't look right, don't pay but instead send me an email so I can send a corrected invoice.

US FLAT RATE SHIPPING OPTIONS:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE CALCULATED
DELIVERY TIME VARIES BY DESTINATION

- 1st Class Mail or Ebay International through DHL.
- Priority mail small flat rate box
- Priority mail standard - includes tracking number
- Express mail - includes tracking number
